On number three I believe the measure was passed to put the sign up as well and that they would furnish the sign.
Idea: It might be good to post each resolution as a separate post so that comments can be made on each item and not have to refer to them in the comment as much...
I like the idea to post 'resolutions', 'measures', 'laws', 'decrees' and the other things the board comes up with, as separate posts.
As secretary, I will post each voted on item as a stand alone section of the blog. I believe discussion will be encouraged that way.
